They are governed by the Residential Tenancies Act and must meet Healthy Homes Standards. Boarding houses provide affordable, flexible housing for a wide range of residents across New Zealand.

You can apply online through our resident application form on this website, or contact us directly through our contact form. Our placement team will assess your application, discuss your needs, and match you to a suitable property based on availability, location, and placement criteria.

Our managed accommodation includes fully furnished rooms with power, water, and Wi-Fi included in the weekly rent. Properties are professionally managed with regular inspections, maintenance, 24/7 support, and connection to social services where needed. All properties meet Healthy Homes Standards.

MSD (Ministry of Social Development) benefit redirection allows rent to be paid directly from a tenant's Work and Income benefit to Boarding House Partners on behalf of the property owner. This eliminates most non-payment risk and provides owners with consistent, reliable rental income every month.
